1. Eligibility for Returns

Organization products can be returned within 3 days of delivery only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and not assembled

The product should be in original condition and packaging, wherever possible

Customers must provide a clear, uncut opening/unboxing video showing:

The sealed package before opening

The product being removed for the first time

The visible damage, defect, or issue clearly

Any return request related to damage, defect, or wrong item without a valid opening/unboxing video will be rejected without exception.

Non-returnable items include:

Used, installed, or assembled organizers

Products damaged due to improper use or handling

Digital goods

2. Return Process

To request a return, email support@transformuelite.com with:

Order ID

Reason for return

Clear photos and/or videos

Mandatory opening/unboxing video (for damaged or defective items)

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval.

Requests that do not meet the eligibility or proof requirements will be automatically declined. 

3. Return Shipping

If the issue is due to our error (wrong organizer sent or manufacturing defect), we will cover the return shipping

If the return is requested for reasons outside our responsibility, return shipping must be borne by the customer

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are initiated within 15 working days after the returned product passes inspection

Payment providers or banks may take an additional up to 7 working days to credit the amount

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only on the same calendar day they are placed

Once the day ends (00:00 IST), cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances

Cancellation requests must be sent to support@transformuelite.com with the Order ID before the day ends

6. No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect selection by the customer

No longer needing the product after delivery

All products are clearly described and intended for space organization and functional use.
