Payments
Everything about ordering, cancellations and payments.

Orders can only be cancelled on the same calendar day they are placed. Once the day ends (00:00), cancellation is no longer possible under any circumstances. Contact us immediately with your order ID.

We accept all common online payment methods for India — UPI, cards, net banking, and more. You'll see available options at checkout. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

Check your spam folder first. If it's still missing, email us with your order number and payment reference — we'll confirm within 24–48 hours.

Declines usually come from your bank or card issuer — not us. Try another payment method or contact your bank. If an amount was held on your account, we'll help you get it released with the right proof.

Only before the order leaves our nearest hub. Contact support immediately with the new address and your order ID — time matters here.

Delivery
Delivery times vary by warehouse. India is fastest; international origin takes longer.

India-warehouse items: typically 2–7 business days. International origin (China/US): 7–15 or 10–20 business days depending on shipping type. Times shown on product pages are the best estimate for each item.

We email tracking details once your order is shipped. Use that tracking number on our Track Order page. If there's no update after expected dispatch, message us with your order ID.

Free premium delivery applies for items stocked in our Indian warehouses or when your cart value meets the free-ship threshold. Imported items may include shipping fees shown clearly at checkout.

Delays happen. Check your tracking first. If the status has been stalled for more than 5 business days, contact support — we'll investigate and update you within 24–48 hours.

Each scan is a status update — picked, in transit, at hub, out for delivery. Multiple updates are completely normal and show your parcel moving through the network.

Refunds
Short, strict and fair. These rules protect both you and TransformU.

Eligibility is product-dependent. Generally: damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible. Personal/hygiene items are not returnable. Check the product page for exact eligibility before ordering.

Request returns within 3 days of delivery for eligible items. Damaged or wrong items must be reported with photos and videos as proof. No exceptions after the window closes.

If the return is due to our error — wrong or damaged item — we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind or ineligible returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost.

No. Change of mind returns are not accepted. Check product details, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

We process refunds within up to 15 days of receiving the returned item. Your bank may add up to 7 additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Photos and short videos clearly showing the issue and the original packaging are required. Keep items unused and in original packaging where possible — this speeds up the process significantly.

Warranty, damaged items, account issues and how to reach us.

Report within 3 days with photos and videos. If we confirm the fault, we'll replace or refund and cover all return shipping costs. No hassle.

Some items include manufacturer warranty — check the product page for details. Where warranty is available, we assist with claims on your behalf.

Use the My Account page to update your details. For login issues or order problems, email support with your registered email and a brief description of the problem.

We source items that meet our quality standards. If a product arrives damaged or not as described, we'll handle replacement or refund per our returns policy — no exceptions.
