Most orders are fulfilled from our international warehouse and take 10–15 days to arrive across India. Occasionally, orders ship faster from our India warehouse. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If your order exceeds 15 days with no update, write to us immediately.
TransformU sources rare, hard-to-find organization products that aren't available in Indian retail. That means international sourcing — which takes time. The 10–15 day window is the price of getting you something genuinely unique. We never sacrifice product quality for speed.
Email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or a short video. If it's our error, we'll replace it or refund it — your choice. Return shipping is fully covered by us. No arguments, no delays.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping is covered by the customer. Some items are non-returnable unless faulty — this is stated on the product page.
Email us immediately. Cancellations are only possible before the order ships. Once dispatched, we cannot cancel — the return policy applies instead. We process orders quickly, so act fast.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 15 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time. If you haven't received it after 15 business days, email us with your order ID.
Yes. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay — UPI, Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay accepted. We do not store card details. Every order gets a confirmation email and tracking. If anything ever goes wrong, we are reachable and accountable.

Email us within 3 days of delivery

Include your order ID, the issue, and photos or video if the product is damaged or wrong. The sooner you write, the faster we resolve it.

We'll respond within 24–48 hours with a resolution — replacement, refund, or return instructions depending on the situation.

Return shipping

If it's our error — wrong item, damaged — return shipping is free. For change-of-mind returns, shipping cost is on you.

Refund within 15 business days

Once we receive and verify the return, refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional days to reflect it.
