At TransformU Elite, our organization and space-optimization products are selected to deliver functional, long-term value. This warranty protects customers against manufacturing-related issues, not misuse or normal wear.

Damage caused by misuse, drops, force, accidents, or modifications
Normal wear and tear
Installation or assembly-related damage
Change-of-mind issues
Products that are non-returnable due to hygiene or usage sensitivity.
📅 Warranty Duration
Most products carry a 3-day replacement warranty from the date of delivery
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects
If a product does not carry any warranty, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page
🔁 Warranty Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will provide:
A replacement unit, or
A refund, only if replacement is not possible
📩 How to Claim Warranty
Email support@transformuelite.com with:
1. Order ID
2. Clear photos/videos of the issue
3. A brief explanation of what happened and when
📌 For damaged or defective products, a clear, uncut opening/unboxing video is mandatory.
Claims without valid video proof will not be accepted.
Our team will respond within 24–48 working hours.
📦 Return Shipping (Warranty Claims)
If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or our error → we cover return shipping
If the issue is caused by customer misuse or improper handling → warranty will not apply
⚠ Important Notes
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and not assembled, wherever applicable
Original packaging should be retained, if possible
Claims without sufficient evidence cannot be approved
All warranty decisions are final and based on inspection and policy terms
