1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to India only.

Products may ship from:

🇨🇳 China Warehouse

2. Shipping Timelines

Domestic (India Warehouse): 3–7 business days

International to India (China/Other Warehouses):

• Standard: 10–15 business days

• Extended Routes: 15–30 business days

• Note: In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to customs, peak-season traffic, or courier rerouting.

Order Processing: 1–2 business days

> Delivery time excludes weekends, holidays, and customs delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Premium Shipping is free for most products.

Some high-ticket or heavy items may have a small additional shipping fee.

4. Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

5. Order Delays

Delays can occur due to remote locations, courier backlogs, customs clearance, or national events (festivals, strikes, etc.).

6. Customs KYC

Some international shipments may require a quick KYC verification (Aadhaar or PAN) for customs clearance.

If required, the courier will contact you directly via SMS/email.

7. Customs Duties & Taxes (Important)

Most shipments from our China warehouse do NOT require customers to pay extra taxes.

However, in rare cases where the courier or customs applies a DDU (Duties & Taxes Unpaid) rule, the customer may be asked to pay a small customs fee directly to the courier before delivery.

We don’t control or collect these charges, they are assessed by customs based on product category and value.
